Director & National Sales Manager
Having worked as a sales professional since 1987, Brendan has experience in a myriad of industries. The knowledge he has gained from his many years in sales has helped him to understand the businesses of the countless clientele. Brendan has been with PCS for 11 years and as the National Sales Manager and Director is in charge of a team of our sales professionals, spread over four states.
State Sales Manager - QLD
Lauren joined PCS in 2015 after taking a career break raising her 5 children. Lauren is an exceptional multi tasker and having started in a sales assistant role, her ability to think outside the square was soon realised and she rapidly became a full member of the Sales team as a Business Development Manager. Having a previous career in counselling she quickly proved her worth and moved from strength to strength.
Glenn has been a valued member of staff of over fifteen years. Having spent many years as a commercial agent, has given him the skills to know the debt collection processes inside out. Often sharing his know how in weekly training sessions for all states, Glenn ensures all staff are compliant in their dealings and have the necessary skills to mimic his success. Glenn also specializes in Conflict resolution, settlement negotiations and both corporate and individual insolvency.
Partner & Field Agent Coordinator
In Amanda‘s 13 years with PCS, she has achieved many notable successes. The most recent of which, Amanda and her team have so far recovered several millions of dollars for a large bank with no sign of slowing down. Amanda’s experience working for BOQ as a legal recoveries officer, coupled with her decade in debt collection and her managerial know-how has proved an invaluable combination and continues to turn out results time and time again.
Chief Financial Officer
Brett is our Finance Manager and on top of the experience gained at PCS, he has had prior experience in the insurance industry and is currently undergoing his law degree. This varied knowledge has been fundamental in Brett’s role in keeping the company current and competitive.
Steve has been with us for the past 25 years, he has had many dealings with complex insolvency issues for insolvency practitioners and on behalf of banks. Amongst his many accomplishments, Steve has a Rich history in Real Estate, has Co-founded a National debt collection agency and Law firm, but it’s his family values that have helped to promote the team mentality amongst the staff at PCS.
